This Deed Made the 30th day of March in the
year 1897 between William Anguish of the
first part and T.S. Bonar of the Second 
part.  Witnesseth:  That in consideration of a parcel
of land valued at the Sum of fifty dollars the 
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged The Said 
party of the first part does grant unto the  said party
of the second part the following described pro-
perty that is to Say a certain parcel or plot of
land lying in Bowman in Meade District Marshall
County WVa. Bounded as follows. Beginning at the
road Side near forks of the road and in original line
between Wm Anguish and T. S. Bonar and running
with said line S. 88 30" W 570 feet to a Stake in line
Thence South 11   W 82 feet to roadside of County road
Thence with said road N 89 30"  E 496 feet to forks of
road. Thence N 31  30"  E. 88 1/2 feet to the beginning
Containing one acre more or less.
And the Said party of the first part does
hereby covenant with the Said party of the
Second part that he will warrant generally
the property hereby conveyed.
