NOTE: Harry and Lou Fair Palmer lived at Proctor in the early years of 1900. He was an undertaker. Later he moved to Pine Grove and established his business there. They were the parents of the twins mentioned above.
The Wells Family were early settlers in this area and the Mobay Chemical Co. is built on this property, (known at one time as Well's Bottom). The cemetery is on the Wells' Farm also.
