I, J. T. Blake, of Webster District, Marshall County West Virginia do make this
my last will and testament and revoke all other wills and codicils of wills
heretofore made by me.

I devise to my son Elmer Blake in fee simple a certain parcel of land seventy
acres more or less of my home farm and located south and east of a line
commencing at certain falls on Elk run near a large beech tree and near
where a ravine empties into Elk Run on the boundary line of Wm. Ingersolls
farm and said falls are on the corner of the boundary line between the farm said
Elmer Blake now owns and my home farm, and running from said Falls on Elk Run to
a shell bark hickory tree, which is up the hill from said Falls and stands near
the aforesaid ravine, which empties into Elk Run and thence to a walnut tree on
the top of the hill near the barn on my home farm said walnut tree being on the
boundary line between my home farm and the farm said Elmer Blake now owns, from
said walnut tree down the hill to a wild cherry tree on the boundary line between
my home farm and Elmer Blakes farm, thence to a rock near the fence below a certain
spring near a chestnut tree, thence on a a straight line to a walnut tree standing
between two ravines, one from Pole cat springs and one from another stream and near
a fence from there to a stone on Granny's Run on the boundary line between my home
farm and Elmer Blakes farm and marked with three crosses.

I devise and bequeath to my son Garret Blake eight hundred ($800) dollars from my
estate.

I bequeath to my daughter Mary R. Letta Kimmons the sum of five hundred ($500) dollars.

I bequeath to my daughter Lizzie May Scott the sum of one thousand ($1000) dollars

I make no bequest to my son William Blake for the reason that I have already given
him his share of my property during my lifetime.

I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate after paying the bequests heretofore
made and setting off the real estate devised to my son Elmer Blake, to all my children
equally.

I direct my executors to sell the sixty six acres more or less of my home farm, over
and above the parcel devised to my son Elmer and apply the proceeds to the payment of
my debts, including the expenses of my last illness and my burial and to the payments
of the bequests made to my son Garret and my daughters Letta and Lizzie herein.

I hereby appoint my sons Elmer Blake and Garrett Blake as my executors, and desire
that they shall not be required to give bond. In other words they are to serve without
giving bond.

I hereunto set my hand and seal this the 18th day of September 1920.

This is to certify that J. T. Blake, signed the above will in the presence of both and
each of us, and who was at the time of signing of sound mind, and that we affixed our
names as subscribing witnesses in the presence of the testator and of each other on
this the 18th day of Sept 1920.

A paper writing bearing date on the 18th day of September 1920 purporting to be
the last will and testament of J. T. Blake deceased was this day presented for probate.
