In the name of God Amen. I J. V. Clark in the County of Marshall State of 
West Virginia being of Sound mind and memory Blessed be Almighty God for 
the same do make and publish this my last Will and testament I give and 
bequeath to my be beloved Wife Sarah Clark all of my real estate and all So 
my personal property after paying all just debts aganest the said J. V. 
Clark 
As long as She remains my Widow and the rofalty on 47 ackers on Boman Run 
Joining the Bassett land and Dobbs land and Arthur Chambers land And at her 
deth this shall be devied a moung the heirs and 3thre Shears of rofalty 
under the Hanar Crowe farme to be devied a moung the children Silas Clark 
Albert Clark Edward Clark Spencer Clark is to have two hundred dollars a 
piece more money than Foster Clark. And Goldie Figley is to have two 
hundred dollars for her Shear and Jearld Figley is to have twenty five 
dollars for his Shear and Ernest Figley is to have twenty five dollars for 
his Shear and the remander, devied a moung the five boys and Albert Clark 
is to be the Kdmenestrator of this will

Re: Probate of last will and testament 
of J. V. Clark, deceased.
 
PROBATE ORDER 
This 23rd day of October, A. D., 1933 before the undersigned clerk of the 
County of Marshall County, West Virginia, the said County Court of said 
Marshall County being in vacation, came James A, Baker and W. P. Richmond 
mentioned as witnesses in that certain paper writing, purporting to be the 
last will and testament of J. V. Clark, deceased, who died a resident of 
Marshall County, West Virginia on the 24th day of August A.D. 1933, said 
paper writing was produced and offered for probate as and for the last true 
will and testament of the said J. V. Clark, deceased. 

The aforesaid witnesses, who after having been first duly sworn and after 
having been shown the aforesaid paper writing, bearing date on the 28th day 
of September A.D. 1929, deposed and said that the aforesaid J. V. Clark, 
now deceased, at the time of his signing of said paper writing, declared 
said paper writing to be his last true will and testament; and the said 
decedent signed his name to the said paper writing in the presence of the 
aforesaid witnesses; that the said witnesses were present at the same time; 
that the said witnesses subscribed their respective names as such witnesses 
in the presence of the said decese at his request, and in the presence of 
each other, all three being present at the same time; witnesses further 
said that, at the time aforesaid, the said decedent was of sound mind and 
disposing memory; and said witnesses further said that they know of no 
other will or testament of said decedent. 

It is therefore ordered that the aforesaid paper writing be and same is 
hereby admitted to probate and recorded as and for the last true will and 
testament of said J. V. Clark deceased, late of Marshall County. 
Whereupon came Albert Clark, who is name and appointed in said will as 
executor thereof. 

Thereupon the said Albert Clark, a resident of Marshall County, West 
Virginia, qualified as executor by taking the required oath and together 
with S. N. Cole, his surety, entered into a bond in the penal sum of 
$500.00, conditioned as required by law.
 
Thereupon at the instance of the said executor the following named person 
were appointed appraisers of said estate; Ray Lough, Alex Reynolds, and 
Levi Rush, and matter of settlement of said estates is referred to Charles 
A. Newman, Esq., a commissioner of accounts.
