Marshall County Will Book Book II, page 495 June 31st 1889. I Robert Daugherty of Marshall Co. WVa, Webster Tp. Farmer. Make this my last will. I give devise bequeath my estate, real and personal as follows: That is to say, to my daughters Nancy and Eliza Daugherty fifteen acres of my land next to Gittings so as to take in the buildings. My daughter Marry eight acres on the lower end where she now resides, then a line to commence where Nancy and Eliza's line is made so as to divide going down the ridge until it strikes Mary's line the north side to James and John Daugherty and Easter Gray, equally the east side to Nelson and Hezekiah and Robert Daugherty to be equally divided and to my son Daniel Daugherty the sum of five dollars to be paid one year after my death. All of my personal property I bequeath to Nancy and Eliza Daugherty by my children paying my funeral expenses equally.
