Will of Albert G. Davis, 18__-1902 Written 25 May 1901, Probated 19 July 1902 Ohio County Will Book ?, page ?? In the name of God, Amen. I, Albert G. Davis of Elm Grove, Ohio County, West Virginia, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. First. I direct that all debts and funeral expenses and the expense of nursing and care during my recent illness be paid by my Executors hereinafter named as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done, to the payment of which debts I charge all my estate of which I may die seized both real and personal and direct that as much of my real estate be sold by my said executors as may be necessary for the payment in full of said debts. Second. I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Luvisa Davis and my five beloved children Elmer H. Davis, Elbridge Davis, Silas B. Davis, Nanna Estelle Davis, wife of Isaac Daugherty and Mary Louisa Davis, wife of Jos. Cunningham, all the rest residue of my property remaining after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses. Lastly. I hereby nominate and appoint F. H. Campbell and Isaac Daugherty my son-in-law, as executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof i, Albert G. Davis hereunto set my hand and seal this 25th day of May A. D. 1901.
