Between Beverly M Eoff and Alexander Q Woods administrator de bonis non withe the will admix of Robert Woods, late of the County of Ohio deceased; of the first part and Jacob Young of Marshall Co Virginia, of the second Part; Witness forth that said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred an Fifty- four dollar 33 cent, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledge, do grant and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assign forever, with covenant of spiual warranty the following describe piece or parcel of land lying on Lynn Camp Run in Marshall County, Virginia, being part of a tract of one thousand acres Patents to John Stricker on the 3rd day of January 1789 and number eighteen on the surveyor books , being one of the surveys known as the Stricker connection of surveys; and bound as follows, to wit; beginning at a locust corner of the said survey, then N 59 W. 102 poles to a white oak then S 65 1/2 W 80 poles to an ash thence S 4 W 68 poles to a white oak on Lynn Camp ;thence West 34 poles to a Sugar on Lynn Camp thence S32 E30 poles to a white Walnut thence S18.
