Recorded in Marshall Co Book 17 Page 229 Elijah B Young Deed for 141 3/4 Arces in Meade District to Christopher E Young This Deed made this 24th day of May in the year of our lord Eighteen hundred and Sixty Seven Between Elijah B Young of the county of Marshall and the State of West Virginia of the first part and Christopher E Young of the county and state aforesaid Witness: that the said parties of the first part for and consideration of Nine Hundred Dollars in hand do grant unto the said C E Young a certain tract or parcel of land lying on the waters of Lynn Camp Bound as follows beginning at a Beech N 31th 44poles to a Red Oak. then N51ll. 28 pole to a sugar tree, then S 88 th. 15 poles to a beech. then 8.5 th 92 poles to a beech, thenS 55 th poles to a beech. then S4th 44poles to a chestnut, then S 62 th 21 poles to a stake. thenS 21E. 22 poles to a white oak. then S 9th 40 poles to a maple. then S 59 E 70 poles to a poplar. then A 71 E 24 poles to a poplar then top the Beginning 143 poles the Said Land joining John Meper & John Baker and others Supposed to contain one hundred and forty and three fourth Acres be the same more or less.
