Deed Book 21 page 53 Marshall Co., WV

(Jacob Young and wife deed for 80 Acres Meade District to Margaret 
Hartley.) 

This deed made this 1 day of February between Jacob Young and Naomi 
Young his wife of the district of Meade in the county of Marshall and the 
State of West Virginia of the first part and
Margaret Hartley of the county and State foresaid of the second part.
Witnepeth that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of 
Eleven hundred and fifty dollars ( the accept of which is hereby 
acknowledged) do grant unto the said Margaret Hartley a part of the track of 
land formerly conveyed to then William T Hartley and wife by Deed bearing 
date on the 1st day of December 1855, Situated on Lynn Camp Run in said 
County and bounded as follow :
Beginning at a Sugar Corner in the Sticker line hence with and again line 
along the middle of ridge to the land of William S Howard: Hence with said 
Howard line to a beech corner in the old survey: Hence S 77` E-- to a 
Sumach: Hence A22` E 197 poles to an Oak :Hence A64` W 78 poles to 
the beginning Containing eighty acres more or less, and the said Jacob Young 
and Naomi his wife do covenant to and into the said Margaret Hartley that 
they will warrant generally the property hereby covyed

Meade District, Marshall County state of West Virginia towit:
		I Hartesty Long a Justice of the Peace for the County foresaid in the 
State of West Virginia do certify that Jacob Young whose name signed to ---
---------- bearing date on the 1st day of February 1873 has acknowledge 
the same before me in my county foresaid Given under my hand this 20 day 
of February 1873 

Meade District, Marshall County state of West Virginia towit:
		I Hartesty Long a Justice of the Peace for the County foresaid in the 
State of West Virginia do certify that Naomi Young wife of Jacob Young 
whose name are signed to ------------- bearing date on the 1st day of 
February 1873 personally appeared before me in my county aforesaid and 
being assured by me privately and apart from husband and knowing this 
writing aforesaid fully explained to her she the said Naomi Young 
acknowledge the said to be her act 
declosed that she had willing executed this and does not wish to extract it
