DIRECTIONS: Riggs Cemetery, Union District, Pleasants County WV on Ruttencutter property. From the intersection of State Route 2 and State Route 16, go north on State Route 2 about 1.2 miles to the second house on the right. (Known as the Ruttencutter property in 6/2000). The Cemetery is to the right of the house just above a pond as viewed from the road. This is a one grave plot containing a marker for Isaac Riggs. The marker is badly erroded and only the name can be read. The following data is from the Riggs genealogical data base.

Nancy LaRue Riggs was b. 1803, thus would have been 56 years old when Anne B. was born. Rock Haven is unknown, but there is Raven Rock, now in Pleasants Co., then part of Tyler Co. where some Riggses lived. No Anne B. was listed in the family of Isaac Riggs in 1860 Census a) RIGGS, Anne B (F)......
