THE WILL OF ARSINO MORRIS Submitted by ANDY MORRIS. Will Bk 1 Pg 70 The Last Will and Testament of ARSINO MORRIS deceased. Arsino Morris of Pleasants County and the State of West Virginia and wife of John Morris do hereby make this my last will and Testament in manner and form following That is to say Give and be queath to my beloved Husband John Morris our certain tract of land in the county of Pleasants and State of West Virginia on the waters of Middle Island Creek. Joining lands of J. W. Williamson and others it being a part of the farm of John Adams Dec-d and containing 45 acres more or less bought by me of A. J. Galloway. I also will my said husband pay out of my personal effects or property including what I have or may have as an heir at law in and to the estate of William Smith Dec-d (my grandfather) And further in consideration of the above bequeathed property I further will & desire that my said husband provid and care for our four children until they become of suficient age to do and care for their selves namely Oliver M. Martin A. Homer S. and Effie Morris they being heirs of my selfe & said husband John Morris and further I will and bequeath to him my said husband any and all property that I may have in money or other things from any source whatever. I hereby appoint T. W. Hanes Exec.- utor of this my Last Will he being a resident of Pleasants County West Virginia. In witness when I have Signed Acknowleged and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my last Will at my residence in the County of Pleasants and State of West Virginia on this 1st day of July 1881.
