I will and bequeath all my property both real estate and personal Property to my son Franklin Herbert Calvert said real estate consisting of a certain tract of land containing twenty five acres and lying on the waters of Bog Comfort(?) in Ritchie County West Virginia being land purchased from S. C. Sauerfield & wife. And all my personal property consisting of One Axe, One Hoe, One thousand feet of oak lumber, one bed and bedding and all other property of whatsoever kind belonging to me and now in my father's hands. Also various articles now in possession of my mother in law Elizabeth Ward. It is my will that Henry Myer have full possession and control of all the above property and have the benefit of the proceeds thereof until my Son Franklin Herbert attains the age of 21 years in consideration of which he be to properly clothe, board, school and otherwise provide for my son Franklin Herbert to the best of his ability should my Son Franklin Herbert not live to attain the age of twenty one years then it is my will that all the above named property go to my sister Catharine Francis Myers, at his death. I hereby appoint Henry Myer guardian of my son Franklin Herbert and executor of my last will and Testament without any surety whatever. In Witness Whereof I Ezekiel Calvert have to this My Last Will and Testament consisting of one sheet of paper without interlineation subscribed my name and affixed my seal this thirteenth day of January 1883.
