I Edwinnie Maxwell of the County of Pleasants State of West Virginia age thirty nine years being in ill health, but of a Sound and desposing mind and memory calling to mind the Frailty and uncertainty of human life and being desirous of put- ting my worldly affairs and directing how the estate with which it has pleased god to bless me with shall be Disposed of after my dis- ceased while I have thought and capacity so to do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making null and void all my former wills and testaments heretofore made by me and first I command my immortal Being to him who gave it and my boddy to the earth as to my worldly estate and all the property Real and personal or mixed thereof of which I shall die diseased of and possessed of to which I shall be entitle at the time of my death. I desire and bequeath and dispose thereof in the following manner towit my will is that all my just "debts" and Funeral expenses and charges shall be paid out of my estate as soon after my diseace as shall be found convenient by my executor hereinafter named but according to law then I give devise and bequeath to R. M. Weekly Two hundred dollars to John C. Weekly Two hundred dollars to Wm C. Weekly Two hundred dollars all the balance of the estate both real and personal to be divided equally between Olla Morgan(?) Clarinda Wagner, Mary Jane Campbell, Anna B. Watson, Magie E. Weekly and Porter C. Williamson son of Josephene Maxwell late Josephene Williamson. I hereby appoint L. C. Shingleton my executor of my estate in witness whereof I here set my hand and seal this 27th day of June one thousand eight hundred and ninety. Shingleton West Virginia Office Clerk County Court Pleasants Co March 12th 1891 The last will and testament of Edwinna Maxwell was this day presented in the Office aforesaid by the executor named therein, and was duly proved by the oaths of L. C. Shingleton and Thornton F. Campbell two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and there- upon the said will was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded. Teste: J. W. Porter Clerk Crt.
