I, Francis Triplett of Pleasants County and state of West Virginia being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. I give and bequeath to my Niece Mary A. Robinson all that portion of my real estate lying amd being in Grant District Pleasants County West Virginia and bounded as follows towit. Beginning at a small sugar tree located near the public road and west of bars(?) on South West side of my Residence and running a line thence North to the Westbrook and Norris Corner in what is known as the Henderson line. Thence with said line North East to the F. M. Triplett line thence with said line to the grave yard. Thence with the boundaries of said graveyard to said F. M. Triplett line thence with said F. M. Tripletts line South East to the Public Road thence East with said Road to corner of Mrs. Sarah M. Hart's land thence South west with said Sarah M. Hart's line to top of hill to the west corner in said Hart's line, thence west to the lands of Alfred Triplett thence North west with said Alfred Triplett's line to the public Road, thence with the meandering of said public road to the beginning containing 40 acres more or less. I Also will and bequeath to my said Niece Mary A. Robinson all my household and kitchen furniture except such as I may hereinafter mention. Also one Jersy Cow and all the profits and income of whatsoever kind arising from the Interest I have in the Sale of Mineral Water obtained from a lease? made by me to Wm. F. Curtis Jr. of Marietta Ohio. I will and bequeath to Mary Williams, a girl that I have raised all that portion of my said Real Estate situate and being within the following boundries to wit. Beginning at the before mentioned sugar tree near the gate on south west side of my Residence and near the public road thence North with the Mary A. Robinson line to the Westbrook and Norris corner in what is known as the Henderson line thence South East with said Alfred Triplett line to the Public Road, thence east with the meandering of said public Road to the beginning containing 20 acres more or less. To the said Mary Williams I also will and bequeath One of my Cows Also one Bed and bedding therefore Also a sewing machine. To my nephew William Elliott I will and bequeath all that portion of my real estate lying South of Calf Creek and bounded as follows towit: beginning at Calf Creek on the Hamilton Williamson line, thence south to corner in the Moreland line, Thence west with said Moreland line to corner with Alfred Triplett's line. Thence north west with said Alfred Triplett's line to Calf Creek thence east with meanderings of Said Creek to the beginning. The same containing 25 acres more or less. All of the rest and residue of my Real Estate towit: That portion lying and bounded as follows towit: beginning on top of the hill at the west corner of Sarah M. Hart's land. Thence East with said Hart's line to South Corner of same thence North East with said Hart's line to corner at foot of hill. thence East with said Hart's line to corner in the Hamilton Williamson line, thence South with said Williamson's line to Calf Creek, thence west with the meandering of Said Calf Creek to the Alfred Triplett line thence north west with the said Alfred Triplett's line to top of the hill where the above described Mary A. Robinsons line intersects with said Alfred Tripletts line thence east to the west corner of the Hart's land the beginning containing 16 acres more or less and all my personal property of what nature kind and quality Soever the same may be and not hereinbefore given and disposed of. I hereby direct my Executor to sell at public or private sale as may seem to them best, and the proceeds thereof expended in paying off my funeral expenses and all debts which may be out standing against me and the balance after proceeds of the above mentioned of my Real and personal property as set out and mentioned above I direct to be expended in purchasing and erecting suitable monuments One for my brother Robert I.(?) Triplett and one for my sister Bennie Triplett and one for myself said monuments to be purchased and erected as soon as it is possible to do so. I here by constitute and appoint Dr. A. G. Way and William F. Curtis Jr. to be the executors of this my last Will and Testament.
