To Harriet E. Elizabeth,  Daniel and James Bailey the surplus of all 
personal property after expenses have been deducted.

To Daniel Bailey the part of my real estate adjoining Joseph Taylor.

To James Bailey that part of my real estate next up river from the 
part adjoining Joseph Taylor.  Also the brown mare.

To Harriet Elizabeth Bailey that part of my real estate adjoining 
Thomas Browse.

To James Bailey that part of my real estat situated  on the island 
commonly known as Grape Island.  Also that part of my real estate 
adjoining the island.

To Daniel and James Bailey, bequeathed equally and jointly, the 
public ferry across the Ohio River opposite my lands is the county 
with all its rights and priveleges.

To Harriet Elizabeth Bailey the mahogany dressing table and chest of 
drawers.
