Feb 10th 1887 The Last Will and Testament of Joseph Bills Pleasants County West Va. This revokes a previous will made. 1st I herewith bequeath to my five daughters, Sarah Douglas, Amanda Henselman, Cassie Dye, Elva Gorrell & Emma Bills, all that tract and parcel of land known as the Day(?) Run tract of land, laying north- west of ---Run Tract East of J. R. Bills land in Pleasants county West Va. This tract is to be equally divided among the Five Daughters. Second to J. R. Bills, F. K. Bills and Elijah Bills the land of which I deeded to each off ov the original farm and --- to J. R. Bills one dollar, T. K. Bills one dollar and E. Bills one dollar. Third to William Bills one dollar. Fourth to Isaac Bills Two thirds or about 200 acres, of the remainder of my home farm supposed to be three hundred acres. Fifth to Aaron Bills the 1/3 or remainder of the home farm all in Pleasants County West Va. Also any funeral expenses and just debts shall be paid out of my personal property and if that is not enough the remainder to be paid out of 800 acres of home farm and to my wife Emaline Bills I bequeath all of my personal property after all just debts are paid and to have a comfortable living and also to Emma Bills my single daughter a comfortable living while she is single.
