WEST I, Mary J. West wife of John M. West being of sound and disposing mind and Memory And knowing the uncertainty of life and being desirous of making disposition of my worldly "affairs" do make and Publish this my last Will and Testament in the name of God Amen. It is my Will and desire that my body be decently buried in some con- venient burial place without ostentation and that my spirit return to God who gave it. It is my further will that my funeral expenses be first paid, and then all my just debts as soon as convenient by my Executor. It is my further Will and desire that my Son Hugh P. West shall have my horse Dan for his own. It is my further Will and desire that Real and Personal Estate that may be left at my death be taken posession of by my Executor (therein after named) and Cultivate and use the said Estate both real and personal for the use of my family or such of them as may survive me and are then unmarried and living together as a family including my beloved husband John M West so long as he the said John M. West may live or until my son Hugh P. West arrives at the age of 21 years. It is my further Will and desire that on the death of my said husband that my Executor (hereinafter named) do sell at Public Auction the said Real Estate (and whatever of the said personal estate) or accumulation thereof, that may remain and be in existence at my death to the highest bidder for cash or on such credit as said Executor may deem best and after paying the costs of said sale. It is my desire that the proceeds thereof be equally divided between my lawful heirs. And I do hereby Constitute and appoint my son James B. West my Executor of this my last Will anbd Testament hereby revoking all others made by me. In Testimony I have this day set my hand and Seal December 22nd 1882. Mary J. West decd was this day presented in the Office aforesaid for Probate amd was duly proved upon the Oaths of J. M. Bushfield and S. A.
