Solomon Bills Last Will and Testament 

     I, Solomon Bills of Pleasants County State of West Virginia do
hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following
that is to say.

First  I give to my wife Jane Bills the one third of all my estate
both real and personal after my just debts and funeral expenses and
paid, to have and to hold during the term of her natural life and
after her decease I give the same to my children hereinafter mentioned.

Second  I give to my two sons James William Bills and Solomon Edward
Bills the tract or parcel of land on the Ohio River in Pleasants
County State of West Virginia upon which I now reside to be equally
divided between them, and to their heirs to have and to hold the
same forever.

Third  I give to my daughter Ruth Ellen Bills the tract or parcel of
land I own on Freench Creek to have and to hold to her and her heirs
forever.

Fourth  All the rest of my personal Estate of what nature or kind
soever it may be not herein particularly disposed of I desire it shall
be equally divided among my children herein before named and I appoint
Joseph Bills Executor of this my Last Will or Testaments by me made.

In Testimony whereof I have herewith set my hand and affixed my seal
this 8th day of August 1866.

Signed, sealed, published and delivered by Solomon Bills for his last
Will and Testament in the presence and hearing of us who at his
request and by his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.

The foregoing last will and testament of Solomon Bills deceased
bearing date on the 8th day of August 1866 having been duly admitted
to probate by the County Court of Pleasants County (illegible on copy)
this -- day of October 1884 was this day recorded.
