To Fanny Holland, all real and personal estate, except amount 
required to pay debts and funeral expenses.

In case Executor deems it best to sell the farm before the demise of 
the widow, the money acquired by same is bequeathed as follows:

To Isaac Holland one hundred dollars.

To Alva Holland one hundred and fifty dollars.

To the Children of Nancy K. Mc?ee, daughter, one hundred and sixty-
five dollars.

To Mary S. H. Culp, daughter, one hundred fifty dollars.

To Adaline Mahan, daughter, one hundred and fifty dollars.

To Jacob Holland, one dollar in addition to what he has already 
received.

To Rufus Holland three hundred dollars.
