Date of Probate:  March, 1865


To the widow the use of all lands and property, for the support of 
the family, not sold by executor as directed;  the rental and 
purchase money acquired through directions of executor;  one-third of 
all money belonging to estate, together with sale money of property 
as directed by executor when the children reach the age of twenty-one 
years.

To Carrie Belle and Ephraim Burns Holland, the remaining two-thirds 
of the estate, real and personal.  In case of death of either child, 
the other to receive the entire amount.  And if children both die, 
the widow to be their heir.
