To Elizabeth Bailey four acres of land on Hog Run adjoining the land 
of Samuel Bailey.  Also all of the real and personal estate after 
expenses and debts have been paid.

To the Children, the estate, at the the death of Elizabeth Bailey, to 
be devided equally.
