To Harriet Riggs all of the real estate.  Also all household property 
and one cow.

To Josiah David Riggs all of the real estate at the death of Harriet 
Riggs.

To Maryann, Caroline, Elizabeth and Katey Riggs, all real estate in 
case of death of Josiah David Riggs.

The rest of the property to be said to pay funeral expenses and the 
balance to go towards the building of a house on the farm.
