To Narcissa Wood 175 acres of land in the Henderson Survey; One brass clock, and desk and bookcase, one settee, six winsor chairs and bureau. To Frances & James Wood, Martha Cooke and Mary Green the residence of the lands to be equally divided according to quantity and quality. To Frances, Joseph & James, and Narcissa Wood, Martha Cooke and Mary Green the residence of all personal property to be divided equally after their accounts of what they have from time to time are adjusted. I James Wood of the county of Pleasants and State of Virginia considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament and form following vis: I give and bequeath to Ann Wood my Brother Francis' daughter one hundred dollars. I give and bequeath to my daughter Narcissa one hundred and seventy-five Acres of land in the Henderson Survey, beginning on the bank of the Ohio River at the line between the lands of A. H. Creel and my farm on which I now reside and meandering said River so far down as by running a straight line back to the said Henderson back line will give the above mentioned one hundred and seventy-five acres. Also, I give and bequeath to my Daughter Narcissa one Brass Clock, one desk&bookcase, one setter, six Winsor Chairs and one Bureau. The residue of my land I give and bequeath to my sons Francis Wood and James Wood and my Daughters Martha Cooke and Mary Green to be equally divided between them according to quantity and quality, my son Joseph Wood having received this two islands as his proportion of my real estate.
