To Elias and Arthur McCord the farm, with Elias receiving one hundred 
dollars more in land value than Arthur;  the few hogs to be divided 
equally.

To Elias, her bed, with all its contents, and the remaining household 
furniture except one table to be devided between Elias and Arthur.  
Also one mare, from the worth of which he is to pay Arthur eight 
dollars.

To Mahala, Margery and Elizabeth, daughters, one dollar each, 
together with what the received when marries.
