To Mary Ryer the home place on the Harris tract of land containing 
64(?) acres.

To Nancy I. Rymer, William H. H. Rymer, George S. Rymer and James ? 
Rymerthe Harris Tract of land at the death of Mary Rymer to be 
divided equally. Also 100 acres of land known as the Shultz land, to 
be equally divided.

To Mary Rymer the household and the kitchen furniture, except the 
writing desk which goes to William H. H. Rymer;  two cows, a red --ly 
and red cow with a white face;  sixteen head of sheep, a sow and four 
steers and what wheat and corn is on hand.

To William H. H. Rymer, the writing desk.

Other property to be sold for debts, and to Mary Rymer anything 
remaining.
