Rymer all of the land in Pleasants county; the wagon and two horshearst and harness; the bedsteads, bed and bedding, household furniture and kitchen utensils; the money on hand and the coming debt; the carriage springs; a new ox yoke; the choice of the saddles and bridles; the second choice of the kettles; and the farming utensils. To Thomas Rymer and Henry H. Rymer the house and lot in St. Marys, to be equally divided. Also all of the grain, oats and hay to be divided equally. To Jesse Rymer the note which was held on him. To William Rymer the amount against him, which was thirty or fourty dollars, and also ten dollars of the money to be collected from John Davis. To Morgan Rymer the money loaned him in 1850. To Martha Gum twenty-five dollars of the Lotherage Claim. To Mary Rymer, Thomas' wife, twenty-five dollars of the Lotherage Claim. To Henry H. Rymer, the balance of the Lotherage Claim. To Thomas Rymer the ox cart, rifle gun, windmill, and two year-old steers. Also the first choice of the kettles and second choice of the saddles and bridles. To George Rymer the carriage, trunk and fine suit of clothes. To Elizabeth Waggoner one dollar and the debt against William Waggoner. To John Rymer one dollar if ever called for.
