Name of County: Pleasants Date of Will: May 10, 1884 Testator: JOHN WRICK Book 1, pages 96 John Wrick Last Will and Testament In the name of God, Amen. I John Wrick of the County of Pleasants and State of West Virginia being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following: That is to say. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarena B. Wrick all my personal property or estate which may be left after the payment of all my debts and funeral expenses. I further will that my wife, Sarena B. Wrick have one third part of my real estate situated adjoining Hebron in said County and state during her natural life and further should she give birth to a child, lawfully mine and it should live. I will that the said child have the remaining two thirds of my said real estate. But in case she shall not give birth to a living child or that it shall die before its mother does, then my said beloved wife Sarena B. Wrick is to have all of my said real estate. I hereby appoint J. M. McKenney executor of this will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Tenth day of May 1884.
