THE WILL OF WILLIAM L. WILSON Submitted by Mary Louise Rea Lamp. Last Will and Testament of W. L. Wilson deceased - - - - - I William L. Wilson being of sound mind, do make this my Last will and Testament this 25, day of february A.D. 1898, - - - First: I desire my executors herein after named to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my personal property, or so much of it as may be necessary for that purpose without appraisement of same or sale of same as they may elect.- - - Second: I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law Sarah L. Wilson all of my personal property and real estate of which I die seized, the same being the farm on which I now reside, and situated on the waters of Rock Run and Mc Kim Creek in the County of Pleasants and State of West Virginia, to her and her heirs or assigns to have and to hold from and after the death of my wife Leah Wilson forever, except twelve acres which I have given to my son Robert H. Wilson by Deed.- - - Third: I give and bequeath to my wife Leah Wilson all of my personal property and real estate, the same being the property devised by me to my daughter-in-law Sarah L. Wilson to have and to hold until her death, or while she may remain my widow.- - - Forth: I give to my daughter Louisa J. McCollough Fifty Dollars, to my son L. V. Wilson Fifty dollars, my daughter Susannah V. Fetty has already got her share in land, to my daughter Mary A. Israel Fifty Dollars. William A. Wilson got his shear in land, to my two Grandchildren Cora and William Wilson heirs of my son Silas Wilson dec'd, Twenty five dollars each, the above amounts to be paid to the above named heirs by my daughter-in-law Sarah L. Wilson in three equal installments to each, of one two and three years from the death of my wife Leah Wilson.- - - Fifth: I, hereby appoint my son Jefferson B. Wilson and my wife Leah Wilson - - -executors of this my Last Will and Testament, the said executors to serve without bond for service, my son Ralph H.
