The head of household was Amelia Mayer, St. Francis Class of 1909, a hospital superintendent. Several other nurses lived there, as well. According the census, Frances, 26, was born in Minnesota, her father in South Dakota, and her mother in Wisconsin.

In 1912, Frances Brandecker was a nurse, living at 360 Main Street, Pittsburgh, according to the Pittsburgh City Directory.

Nothing more has been found about this nurse. She is not found in any other census records (earlier or later), vital records, or news articles.
