Nurse Adella Philomena Conrad of Kedron Street was listed as "Delia Conrad" in some of the Pittsburgh City Directories (1909, 1910, 1916).

At the time of the 1910 Federal Census, Adella P. Conrad, Nurse, was working in private practice. She was living with her family on Kedron Street, Pittsburgh.

Her mother, Barbara (Puder) Conrad, died in 1911.

Still on Kedron Street in 1920, Adella P. was living with her father, her sister Nettie, and two brothers, Clarence and Edward. Also in the home were 4 grandchildren of William Conrad. Adella was not employed as a nurse.

Adella married Joseph Kress after 1920. Daughter, Kathleen, was born in 1925. Their son, Joseph, Jr., was born in 1926. In 1930, Joseph and Adella Kress were the owners of the former Conrad family home on Kedron Steet. The 1930 census also indicates that Adella was 38 years old when she got married.

Adella's father, William, died in 1925. Both parents are buried at St. Marys Cemetery, Pittsburgh.

Adella "Delia" Philomena Conrad Kress, born October 1, 1885, died on April 28, 1961 of breast cancer. She is buried at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
