Angeline Davoli is probably the woman of that name who worked as a school nurse in Fayette County in the 1950s. She married Albert Nichols and they resided on Fifth Avenue, Northside, Brownsville, Pa. Their son, Thomas Joseph Nichols, was born in 1961 and he died July 15, 2015.

OBITUARY: Angeline "Angie" Nichols, 94, of Pensacola, FL went to be with the Lord, July 25, 2017. Born July 9, 1923 in Brownsville, PA. Angie married Albert "Bert" Nichols (deceased) on August 21, 1958 in Brownsville. Angie served in World War IIas a Lt. in the Army Corps as a Nurse. She continued Nursing after the War and became a school nurse. Angie was proud of her Italian Heritage & a member of the Sons of Italy. She served as a Commander of an American Legion in PA. Bert & Angie moved to Pensacola to be close to their only son, the late Thomas "Tom" Nichols and their grandsons, Daniel (24) & Jason (21) Nichols. Grandma Angie was also a devout Catholic woman and member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. Those who knew her will remember her love & devotion to care for others. Grandma Angie was an amazing cook, who loved serving others, she was always the last to sit down at the dinner table as she made sure everyone had what they needed. She would always try to feed you even when you were full or have you take food with you.

Angie is survived by her sister Anna Sears, beloved grandsons Daniel & Jason Nichols & Darin Prazer (formerly Darin Orr, 39, semi-adopted), lovely nieces Mary Ann Cuteri & Theresa Swartz, and nephew Jim Davoli.

Angie is preceded in death by husband, Bert Nichols, son Tom Nichols, brother Jim Davoli, and sisters Tina & Marie Davoli.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 9, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Pensacola. Funeral mass will follow visitation at 11:00 AM at St.Paul's Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola. Services are under the direction of Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel of Pensacola.
