OBITUARY: Ines M. (Frassenei) Stevenson, 82, of Slickville, Patton, passed away Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015. She was born April 17, 1933, in Slickville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Maria (DePaoli) Frassenei. Ines completed nursing training at St. Francis Hospital in Pittsburgh. Prior to retirement, she was a nurse supervisor at Torrance State Hospital. Ines was a very active member of St. Sylvester Catholic Church and was a tireless volunteer there for many years. Her passions in life were family, especially her grandchildren, and cooking. She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Allen D. Stevenson, of Slickville; sons, Allan D. "Dino" Stevenson and his wife, Tracy, of Delmont, Joseph E. Stevenson and his wife, Beth, of Greensburg; and daughters, Lisa M. McClincy and her husband, Kevin, of Greensburg, and Gloria A. Rehak and her husband, Kevin, of Greensburg; grandchildren, Nicole, Tyler, Michael (Traci), Meghan, Duncan, Daniel, Nicholas, Olivia and Joseph; a great-grandson, Grant; brothers, Rogers Frassenei and his wife, Jane, of King of Prussia, Dino Frassenei and his wife, Maxine, of Derry; and also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19, 2015, at BASH-NIED FUNERAL HOME, 152 Abbe Place, Delmont, 724-468-8381. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, at St. Sylvester Catholic Church in Slickville. Interment services will follow immediately at Twin Valley Memorial Park in Delmont.
