MARY KATHERINE (LIMBACHER) GLACKNER - WEST BROOKFIELD Mary Katherine (Limbacher) Glackner, 82, of Lake Shore Drive was called home to the Lord on Nov. 10. Her husband, former West Brookfield Police Officer Robert C. Glackner died in 1965. She was a loving mother to two daughters Kathleen Holmes and her husband Kenneth of Warren and Cheryl Lennon wife of the late Fred Lennon of West Brookfield, a son Robert J. Glackner of West Brookfield, three grandchildren Lynette Wiggins and her husband Jeff of North Carolina, Matthew and Christopher Shea of Spencer, three great-grandchildren Zackery, Kayla and Jaden all of North Carolina. She is pre-deceased by a son William C. Glackner who died in 1979.
Mary was born in Braddock, Penn on April 19, 1923 and was a life long resident of West Brookfield. She was the daughter of the late John and Sarah (Carmichael) Limbacher. She was employed at Aquatic Plastic in West Brookfield, retiring in 1985.
A memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, Nov. 16 in Sacred Heart Church, 22 West Main Street, West Brookfield at 11:00 AM. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bay State VNA and Hospice, 50 Maple Street, Springfield, MA 01199. J.
