Car No. 922 at the Island Car Barn, being made ready to go out on the Route No. 3 Benwood & North Wheeling line some time in the fall of 1920, shortly after Motorman Bill Gwinn started to work for the Wheeling Traction Company in the latter part of October, 1920.
