FIRST GENERATION

1.  Amos Griffith was born on 6 JUN 1845 in PA.  He died on 16 SEP 1913 in
Nuss, WV.  He was buried in Fall Run Cem, Marshall Co, WV.  He served in the
military in Civil War, Co B 12th WV Inf.  Pvt Co B, 12th Reg WV Vol Inf. 
Enlisted 1 Aug 1862.  Was taken prisoner 15 Jun 1863, released 2 Jul 1863 and
returned to Camp Parole, MD.  He was the s/o Daniel Griffith & Mary Van Sickle.
He was the brother of Zachariah Griffith, Co B 12th WV Inf.

Lived Endicott, Center Dist, Wetzel Co, WV in 1890.

He was married to Clarissa Bussie.  Clarissa Bussie was born in 1844.  She
died on 18 MAY 1875.  She was buried in Fall Run Cem, Marshall Co, WV.

He was married to Amanda Virginia Nuss.  Amanda Virginia Nuss was born in
1854.  She died in 1932.  She was buried in Fall Run Cem, Marshall Co, WV.
