I was seventy-five years old last July 3rd day. I served in Co "I" 12th West Va Infantry. When organized the 12th was commanded by John B. Klunk Colonel. R. S. Northcott Lieut 11 George Caldwell Major
Please let me hear from you.

During the last two years of his life, an additional claim for a pension increase was filed on behalf of Morgan H. Miller by W. FRED MILLER. The basis for the claim was the complete disability and blindness of Morgan. Upon rejection of the claim, due to lack of proof of these disabilities, Carl G. Bachmann, House of Representatives, intervened on his behalf. By August 1929, after numerous communications between the parties, the increase was allowed. Morgan H. Miller died November 27, 1929.
