     W. W. Foreman - resident or enrolled at West Liberty, W.Va.; 19; mustered in 19 Feb 1864 at Wheeling, W.Va. Mustered out 09 Aug 1865. Farmer born Ohio County, W.Va. Recruit transferred from Co. D, 12th W.Va. Inf. at Richmond, Va., per Special Order #146 dated Headquarters 24th Army Corps 14 Jun 1865. (See Co. "D" 12th W.Va. Inf.)
