WILLIAM HUSTON, Company "I"

     WILLIAM HUSTON, was born to Catharine Huston about 1838, probably in Washington County, Pa. He enlisted 14 Sep 1861 in Wheeling, W.Va. and was discharged in Wheeling 03 Dec 1864. After the war, he was employed as a brick maker working for his brother, Isaac; he also worked as a coal miner.

      In January of 1868, in Washington, Pa., William was married, by Justice John Grayson, to Eliza Hurley, the daughter of William and Sarah Drake Hurley. Their children were John, Robert, Lizzie, Lucy, Viola, Albert, and Emma.

     William Huston died in Washington, Pa., 23 May 1901, and is buried in the veterans section of Washington Cemetery, Washington, Pa.
