Widow, Margaret (Martin/Marten) Wurzbacher, received a pension following his death in 1896, certificate #423.756. She was born 25 May 1837 and died 2 Dec 1909.

HENRY WURTZBACHER

WURTZBACHER-On Thursday, February 6th 1896 at 11:04 a.m., Henry Wurtzbacher, in his 77th year. - Funeral from his late residence No. 1126 Baltimore street, on Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Friends of the family invited to attend. Interment at Peninsula cemetery.

NOTE: On 30 June 1928, the remains of Henry and Margaret Wurtzbacher were removed from Peninsula Cemetery in Wheeling to the Greenwood Cemetery on National Road, Wheeling. Not 100% certain about the identity of the Henry but his widow Margaret was moved on that date and it seems likely that he was the Henry who was moved with her.
