OBITUARY
CUNNINGHAM, Elzie H., 61, of West Alexander, Pa., died Tuesday in Ohio Valley General Hospital. He was born in Marshall County, July 12, 1909, a son of Grant and Nettie Atkinson Cunningham, and had lived in West Alexander for the past 20 years. He was a member of the West Alexander Methodist Church and had worked as a machinist for the Wheeling Machine Products Co., in Elm Grove for many years before retiring in 1960. He is survived by his widow, Ester Long Cunningham, six daughters, Mrs. James Lightner, Mrs. Robert Thomas, both of Cleveland, Mrs. H. A. McAdoo, West Alexander, Mrs. Ronald King, Elm Grove, Mrs. Charles Paull, Gary, Ind., four sons, Charles, Triadelphia, Donald R., Yorktown, Va., Walter, Alexandria, Va., and LeeRoy, at home, a sister, Mrs. Cora McCardle, Glen Easton, W.Va.; six brothers, John, Floyd, Herman, Elmer, James, all of Wheeling, Harold, Moundsville. Two brothers, two sisters, and one grandchild preceded him in death. Friends received at the Ferrell Funeral Home, West Alexander, Pa., from 7-9 p.m. today and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. tomorrow. Services there at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. John H. Debolt in charge. Burial in the Park View Memorial Garden.
